Refuses to deliver my mail, and repeatedly leaves my packages at the post office claiming that I asked them to hold it. Horrible service.
They refuse to deliver packages for no reason. Office hours are garbage and the facility is run terribly.
Direct phone number would make it better
Horrible. Always smells of urine. Post carriers always delivering our mail to the wrong address and recently did it with a Christmas gift so now my son won't be getting 1 of 2 of the only Christmas presents we could afford for him.
The PO boxes are open 24/7, but the office hours are Mon - Fri: 12:30 to 4:30, Sat: 8:30 - 11:30.nnIt's decent. What you'd expect. Depending on whose working it could be a great or a middling experience.
