Terrible service....the mailman left me a paper saying go to Kent main post office to pick up my package so I went in the next day with the paper in hand...front post office worker couldnt find my package and said she would take my name number and address and have someone call me when package was found....3 days later no call...I called post office and they asked what's the tracking number on the paper mailman left in my mailbox...well I'd live to tell them but she never gave the paper back to me so he says find out who sent the package and get the tracking number...well that would be easy but I have ordered at least 70 items in the past 3 weeks so TELL ME MR POSTMAN WHICH ONE IS IT...HOW ABOUT YOU DO YOUR FRIKIN JOB AND FIND IT.......but no problem I work for amazon soon no one will need the post office and they can all be jobless and to bad for them....

First time I went, the woman helping me was not kind. The second time I went after 11:00 am on a Monday and it was closed, even though according to the hours it was supposed to be opened.

Called to find out about lost post office money order, couldn't even talk and guy put me on hold, going on 9 minutes now. Awful customer service.

I received a text saying my package was unable to be delivered because my driveway or door was blocked which is a total n complete lie there's nothing blocking my driveway or my front door. Im so disappointed in USPS for blantently liying. I think the delivery person wanted to go home early or something or just a bad/lazy AF employee.ud83dude24ud83dude24ud83dude24

Always friendly, and one of the managers is a 49era fan so it has to be a great place!!
