People need to remember this is a small post office that handles a lot of mail. I have never had a problem with the service here. Sure, I have had to wait but that is true with every post office in the area. If you look behind the counter you will see that there is barely room for them to move because of all the mail and packages. Do I get other people's mail? Yes, from time to time I do but it is mail of people who lived there before and either have not issued an address change or the people sending it just simply sent it to the wrong address. This Post Office really needs a larger building things would be much better for them and their customers.
Kind and helpful post workers. The gentlemen there is always helping me save a few extra dollars and it is most appreciated! Thanks for all you do.
Terrible place. I just got off the phone with them and they lost one of our government ID’s... when I asked what I need to do they said they weren’t responsible. I do have informed delivery so I see it was supposed to come... I recorded the whole conversation. In which they just didn’t care and took no responsibility... it baffles me when it comes to something so important. Apparently according to them I’ll have to contact the government and tell them I lost it... even though I didn’t ... this post office didn’t deliver it ud83eudd14 and although I have proof it was never delivered and they were supposed to deliver it... they won’t take responsibility for it... typical...
Terrible customer service. lack of knowledge. We no longer use this post office. We prefer to drive else where.
I just wanna say this is the best post office, with the best clerks, and carriers don’t steal mail( I am one) and we go above and beyond to please our customer, who have become our friends!!! ( My customers brag on me constantly on FB!) Please don’t read these old reviews, things have changed in the last few years. Our parcel volume is super high and with the growth, I ( along with others) have overburdened routes, which will be cut soon. I have around 300 parcels daily due to covid. We need a bigger office, and with our new vans, we need a bigger parking lot. We are not allowed to answer the phones, so if a supervisor isn’t there, we can’t answer. And I’m sorry for that or any bad issues! Please talk to your carrier or call Jennifer if there is a major issue! She the new postmaster who is super sweet and GREAT! We are working sooo hard and love our customers! That I promise you! Do you know your carriers name? We have 13 routes, and none of these carriers will purposely do anything negative! Been there 5.5 years! Ours subs are working OT, and get thrown on routes they’ve never ran. Please bare with us and leave a note for your carrier! We WILL get back to you! ❤ufe0f
