Worst post office I’ve ever had. I go out of my way to use fedex and ups as much as possible, even when it costs more, because this office cannot be trusted to deliver anything. Almost every month I have to file complaints, most of which are never followed up on. No one answers the phone at the local office. Carrier doesn’t attempt delivering packages.
Why does the mail lady feel the need to urinate on the side of the road every time she drops off the mail. There is a gas station less than half a mile with a restroom. This is disgusting and unprofessional.
Terrible they've marked 3 of my packages as delivered this year and no where to be found. 2 of them happening to be pretty expensive. Thanks for your lack of attention.
Who could we speak to besides this post office because I’m having a feeling someone not doing their job to deliver these mail. That it says that it’s coming but not and don’t blame it on the COVID because why have a picture of my mail and still not deliver it I’ve have not received more than 20 mails since I moved here.
I was expecting a delivery of ink from Amazon last Thursday. They tried to deliver it like 4 times, but it was after my business closed. So the app said it would be at the post office for me to pick up.nnWell i went to the wrong post office and Chrystal (spelling?) Was so helpful and went beyond normal to help me. She called the wynn Dr location to see if it was there, it turned out it was still on the delivery truck.nnLong story shorter.. Chrystal called me to tell me that the delivery would be at the location before 5. I'm just saying, she didn't have to care about my exact issue and she did.nnThank you. Great Job. Even if something happens and i don't get it this afternoon, that doesn't change what Chrystal did.
