I use this post office a couple times a week for business and personal purposes. I wanted to take a moment to just say THANK YOU to all of the postal workers here - especially PEGGY - who is usually manning the front desk when I visit. Peggy is always gracious, helpful and professional. I truly appreciate her taking the time to treat me like a customer. I can tell she enjoys her job and makes the most of her interactions with the public. I know it is easy to forget when people do their job well, because that is what we expect - but I just wanted to pause and say thanks Peggy for caring. Well, if the worker is unhappy having to scan submitted multiple packages, then why is she working there. Retired already. I never like going to this office but it's the only nearby postal services.
USPS notification shows mail to be delivered to 29652 Oxford Cir., Harvest, Al 35749 on 10/03/2020. No mail delivered. Why?
I was standing in line, behind another family, waiting to be seen because they only allow one person in at a time to be helped. A gentleman came out of the room, and said “we are closing at 11 for lunch, I didn’t realize the time.” No offense, but how is that our problem? They should have helped us since we were waiting in line BEFORE 11, and THEN closed for lunch! Soooo irritating!!! SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The cashier in the front is always rude her attitude is very bad every time I’ve gone to this location. I work in customer service and this is not how you treat people I will not be going back there at all.
