Eugine was very rude to me. He had a terrible attitude. Very rude demeanor and he rolled his eyes at me when I asked him a question. Terrible experience! All I wanted to to was safely mail my families Holiday gifts.
This branch is looong overdue for an upgrade. There are no drop bins for packages, no self serve kiosks. Yet there are what seems to be miles and miles of PO boxes? Now during Covid, you are asking me to wait in line, in tiny confined space with about 10 other people?! I literally drive to other post offices to avoid this one. I give it two stars because the employees seem to always be helpful and efficient, although their customer service demeanor could use a little help.
There was no waiting, and people were social distancing. Very good service
Both employees were friendly and helpful. I had to wait a bit in line, but nothing too bad, and this is understandable because both customers in front of me were mailing international items. This has been the best experience at a United States Post Office that I have had at any of their locations.
the floors and p.o box need cleaning also the doors
