Went in to inquire about a package. Clerk took my name and number and said he would call me and let me know after talking to route courier. Never called, I had to track my courier down to find out. Late mail delivery, ALWAYS. 4:30-8:00 almost everyday. RIDICULOUS! CONSTANTLY GETTING PREVIOUS OWNERS MAIL EVEN AFTER TELLING THE DELIVERY DRIVER. EVEN A NOTE INSIDE MAILBOX SAYING IT AS WELL
This USPS office it terrible. They practice not scanning the mail on the drop off. It causes significant delays in delivery. There is no way you would know where is your package for 7 days after shipping. Meanwhile, they'd claim that never received anything from you. Terrible service.
The clerk who helped me had a very pleasant demeanor and was extremely helpful. Her name was September. Great job!
