This is not the closest post office to where I live or work, however, I choose to come to this location because the customer service from the employees and the Post Master is unmatched. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time and the employees have always gone above and beyond to assist in providing information and assistance on their products and services. Highly recommend and will continue to utilize this USPS store. Thank you!!
Our mail carrier shows up whenever they feel like it. Most times mail is not delivered. No advertisements, everyone doesn't get the mail that's supposed to go to everyone. Mail was finally delivered at7:00 tonight. Everyone in the neighborhood has had problems. What are we paying for? I have had to get a p.o. box that I have to pay extra for but some things have to have a physical address. Tired of paying extra fees for mail never delivered.
James went out of his way to help me out today and I really really appreciate it ! This is now my favorite post office !!
Mountlake Terrace carrier is not bringing packages to door during Stay Home/Stay Safe. Post office is returning my parcels while I'm in quarantine. Terrible. Also, very rude and impatient on the phone.
I have been here multiple times and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended. It's a post office so your gonna expect to wait during the busy times but if people have their act together and have everything filled out correctly it makes everything run a whole lot smoother.
