Poor customer service. The lady that worked there yelled at me as soon as I came in and then she found out that she forgot to place the sign of what customers are to do when they come in. A guy there was able to kindly help me.
Have complained several times and never received a response! Mail is not delivered regularly!
This is mostly a working warehouse for USPS employees , but if you need to pickup mail from being on hold, they are here to help.Fast & Friendly service. Parking can sometimes be a hassle here depending on the time.
Post office in granite falls sends delivery notices for things never delivered,Or delivered days latter. Deception and lies or tampering with mail not cool. Many miss delivered parcels and mail to wrong addresses.
