The staffs are kind and fast. My mom, in the 70’s, sent me a package and she forgot to write down the house number. The address only had my street name. After 3 weeks, I went to the office and they kept the package, waiting for the owner. I’m so thankful I have usps in our community!
Had to send off a passport renewal and both Patricia and Devan were super helpful
I would rate them No Stars if possible. The carrier delivering the mail to the Brushy Creek area is the absolute worst. They've broken items by stuffing packages in the mailbox that clearly won't fit, lost or stolen expensive packages, and when they're feeling really lazy they just leave packages on the ground by the road next to the mailbox. Even worse is the person waiting to deliver everything till almost 6 pm. If the person is only delivering to certain sections and all you do is deliver packages all day then you should be done by 4pm at the latest. I refuse to use USPS unless I'm desperate.
Jamara (I believe that's her name) deserves more than 5 stars. She actually helped me despite the other female employee who evidently intends to intentionally create a bad experience for customers, and did her best to make my experience worse. Jamara took care of it, and I appreciate her so much!nnTheir are a couple men who that work their that are great, too!nnI cannot give this Post Office 5 stars, because it has lost so many of my packages in the past it is shocking.nnI've never lost packages anywhere else in all my years, but they magically disappear repeatedly at this location.
Defiantly won’t use them to ship my packages, always delayed, horrible company.
