First of all I have spoken to someone about this before: DO NOT LEAVE notes to reschedule delivery if you are NOT going to do so or even ATTEMPT to deliver it in the first place. I’ve gone to this location TWICE now in two days trying to get in to get my packages. No one would answer the door the first day. Today same thing was happening I went back to my car, finally someone opened the door. Just for the employee to treat me as if IM inconveniencing him. I would also like to point out all day I waited on this package because the tracking number said “out for delivery by 8pm” then changed to “by 4:45pm” and at 5pm read “pick up at center available at 11am”. It had been there all day, it was never out for delivery! I’m not sure if this is a management issue or employees but something has got to change.nnAnother trip 8/25/20nWalked in said “hi I’m here for a package” lady literally asks me “what makes you think you have a package here” taken back so I just continued to tell her my address and hand her my ID. She then goes to look for a package and asked again “what makes you think you have a package” I told her “Because I ordered from Amazon and it says that you attempted to deliver this at 8:21 AM and it is here just like any other package that I try having delivered to my apt” she then brings my box to the counter and asks me to sign in. I do so, then she asked who it’s addressed to ud83dude44, I tell her again my name and she replies “there should have been a notice at your house”. I explain to her “I haven’t been home since this morning I don’t know why this is such an issue” before finally she gives me my package. This place is so awful. I would rather have my packages delivered else where and drive an hour to go get them than have to deal with these people anymore.

I’ve had better service at the DMV. Pray you don’t have to pick up a package here. You’re lucky to even get in the building.

Firstly its so annoying having to ring a door bell to pick up your packages! Secondly it takes them forever to answer the door and when they finally do they have are rude with an attitude like you're inconveniencing them. NO your inconveniencing me by make me stand out here that long. Also their hours posted on google are wrong!

I am missing a package and some mail. On June 15th, the mail delivery person was a blonde older lady who marked “no access” at my mailbox because my trashcan was NEXT to my mailbox NOT in front of it!! I took pics that day to prove it. Not to mention, she has to get out of her truck at my neighbors house because the next 2 houses to the left of me have mailboxes on their front porch!!! Lazy!!! She won’t deliver mine because a trash can was NEXT to it but she can get out completely and deliver mail next door. I am missing mail that was supposed to be delivered weekend of Fathers Day. She marked that it had been delivered Monday, SHE NEVER DELIVERED MY PACKAGE OR MY OTHER MAIL THAT DAY!! I know what I was getting because I’m signed up on the email alerts for what mail I should be getting that day. NEVER got any!! I have gone to the post offices, I called the number the post office gave me and some guy (believe his name starts with an “R”) was all but calling me a liar because the tracking said it got delivered even though I kept telling him it NEVER did!! He then told me he’d have that mail carrier (the old lady) call me back and it’s been over a week now, no call!!! I’m very disappointed in that lady who was too lazy to deliver my mail but was not too lazy to walk up to the front door of my neighbors house that day and deliver theirs!! I am still looking for my lost package and mail!! It’s BS you can’t even trust CERTAIN mail carriers!! I say CERTAIN because the guy who delivers, I’ve never had an issue with or ever had missing mail. That older lady might want to find a new job. I want answers on what she did with my mail!!!!???

New homeowner in the area. They started withholding my mail because they don't want to walk it to the door for my wall mount box. They demanded that I erect a curbside box. When I stated that because of medical necessity they cannot withhold my mail from a functioning wallmount mailbox I was told to provide documentation from my doctor. After providing that documentation they did not remove the hold on my mail but also started withholding packages. Some of which contain my Medication!!! I am beyond furious and will absolutely be making calls about this location.nnOh they've also lost a ton of certified mail...
