Love my post office and the staff! Always friendly, professional and fast service from the workers and it’s always so clean.

Personnel are impossible to reach, the computer is NOT HUMAN FRIENDLY, and the computer loops around to a similar or same message again and again❣ufe0fI see these messages of praise and song of glory regarding the Wesley Post Office, and I suppose if you’ve lived here forever, Things might be different...I see a group of stubborn, “Do it my way or the highway” type personnel who could careless what your physician(s) day and more about keeping their laws in place, throwing what little bit of jurisdiction they have around and making people feel even worse than they already do because they sure seems to be a lot of people that know OUR business before WE do. The side conversations and discussions around the room and beyond my husband and myself has spread to everyone in the main mail facility.

I am missing a package and some mail. On June 15th, the mail delivery person was a blonde older lady who marked “no access” at my mailbox because my trashcan was NEXT to my mailbox NOT in front of it!! I took pics that day to prove it. Not to mention, she has to get out of her truck at my neighbors house because the next 2 houses to the left of me have mailboxes on their front porch!!! Lazy!!! She won’t deliver mine because a trash can was NEXT to it but she can get out completely and deliver mail next door. I am missing mail that was supposed to be delivered weekend of Fathers Day. She marked that it had been delivered Monday, SHE NEVER DELIVERED MY PACKAGE OR MY OTHER MAIL THAT DAY!! I know what I was getting because I’m signed up on the email alerts for what mail I should be getting that day. NEVER got any!! I have gone to the post offices, I called the number the post office gave me and some guy (believe his name starts with an “R”) was all but calling me a liar because the tracking said it got delivered even though I kept telling him it NEVER did!! He then told me he’d have that mail carrier (the old lady) call me back and it’s been over a week now, no call!!! I’m very disappointed in that lady who was too lazy to deliver my mail but was not too lazy to walk up to the front door of my neighbors house that day and deliver theirs!! I am still looking for my lost package and mail!! It’s BS you can’t even trust CERTAIN mail carriers!! I say CERTAIN because the guy who delivers, I’ve never had an issue with or ever had missing mail. That older lady might want to find a new job. I want answers on what she did with my mail!!!!???

They don’t know how to answer the phone, if they even got one which they should.

Was inside less than 2 minutes and had to listen to a female employee and a female customer have a raunchy gossip session about other people’s sexual preferences. Not what I go into USPS to hear. Very unprofessional.
