Delivered packages to wrong address and claimed the carrier spoke to those at the right address (which they didn't) and determined my packages are not accepted there. Had to repay for shipping on 3 different packages which happened to make it this time.
Santa Fe post office has the best customer service! During Christmas a small box was lost and carrier which was a sub seemed clueless about item which fit in mailbox! The ladies at the front desk got Mr. Michael and he has kept me informed about what he was doing and what steps to take. If he said he was going to call a certain day he followed thru completing the task! Thankfully I got the news it went back to sender and is being resent to me. I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Mr. Michael for his help and patience with me and let the desk clerks know that when they smile like they do it makes waiting in a little line a little less stressful! Delivers packages to wrong address which cannot be recovered or found at my expense. Filed 3 complaints on seperate occasions.. Takes numerous attempts for the phone to be answered.
They will pick up my mail but not deliver my mail. Constant excuses even when I have the “Informed Delivery” app the woman who answers the phone is no help and acts as though you’re lying about the problem you’re having. They also don’t know how to read when an envelope says “do not bend”.
Went to drop off some small packages in the outside mailbox because it had a larger door that made it to where I could. Lady runs out after I'm about to get in my car and says I have to bring packages inside due to security purposes. Again, they are already in the box. If you have a security issue, maybe put a damn sign up on you post box.
