Small place but the people who work there they’re really nice and friendly service.
This USPS location is a diamond in the rough. The employees are always courteous and patient. I've had a consistently excellent experience at this location.
Very disappointed in the performance of my international mail express. I paid $68 for an letter-envelope and it only made it from Irving to Chicago in 5 business days. Final destination is Taiwan and will probably take another week! This post office did not inform me about possible delays. I asked for the fastest way to send that envelope international and they gladly took my money. Very disappointed with their international „express“ service!
This is the best branch! The staff is friendly and knows their frequent patrons. Shout out to Horace who always works patiently on our large, charity mailings when we come in.
