Went to drop off a couple envelopes in the drop box and I could literally, if I wanted to, reach my hand in the box and grab probably 15-20 envelopes. As I went to park and drop my mail inside, I saw two more people drive through and shove stuff in. Idk what’s wrong with the postal service drop boxes that there’s no way to stop mail once it hits a limit and with the general public that feels that is safe to put their own mail where it can be just grabbed. Hoping there are cameras. I have a picture to show this if this location wants to reach out.
I just had to say that Angie was AMAZING!!!It was so hectic few days before Christmas, she could have easily just charged me twice the amount with the package I was using ($50) and screamed “NEXT” but she took the time to repackage my items and save me money . She did this lighting fast and got me out of there while still giving me a smile and such a positive attitude. Love her !!
Will not answer their phone and customer told me voice mail has been full since New Years. Had a signature required and customer was not home when they tried to deliver. Tracking states they would try again the next day. That was over 3 weeks ago. No further delivery attempts and has not been returned to shipper. Horrible service.
The staff was great, and I was in and out of there within seconds. I recommend that the phone number to this location be updated, as it is the phone number to the corporate USPS business. The wait took over an hour and the person who answered the phone was completely useless, whereas going into the post office I was in and out within 20 seconds. The service I received on the phone is definitely not representative of the service I received in person.
Love the staff and service at this location. It’s a tiny place but the care and small-town feeling is huge when dealing with a government entity. Keep up the amazing work!
