I was there to ship a package and needed a slip to be printed from my click and ship. The Asian lady told me to fill out a shipping slip. I told them that I already had one and that I just needed it to be printed. She then sets the paper aside and helps the next person in line. I refund the original slip online and fill it out. I then hand it to her but she tells me to go around the line again. No one was there. I walked the lap around the line and came back and she told me to put my card in to pay and waited for me to do it. What she didn’t know was that I already had it in there waiting for her. Afterwards I brought up a missing package that I had and she straight up told me “no stand over there” pointing to the corner. I had no idea what to even do at that point till I just asked another person. The Asian lady even asked to stop working early. Afterwards the other man comes to me and asks what I needed help with after standing there with no additional information for 30 min. He tells me that missing packages are a manager issue and that I would have to wait. I waited for another 20 min and basically was told that the carrier misdelivered it to somewhere near to where I live. The carrier just parked at a nearby parking area and hand delivered the mail so they don’t know if they even delivered it to my house. I am not waiting for more info on my lost package when they told me they would contact me a day ago.

I sent international packages before two months from this location says still in transit I don't know what they did wrong this employees ? But same item which i sent from tukwila usps location after a week is already arrived 3weeks a go.nseatac usps location they don't give attention for their work. I douot even my package is lost. poor un time sorting and slow forwarding may be!
