Still waiting for my mail. I ordered wheels and hardware for my inflatable boat. For some reason they delivered in three package. The first two came to my house. The third was delivered to a locker as shown on the attachment. Once I realized this I went to the post office. Short story they said no that was a mistake. The lady who was talking to me said something and disappeared. After about 5 minutes I asked her co-workers where she went. They said to my house to look at my mailbox and she was waiting for me. I spead over there to my house. She was not there. Went back to the post office and she showed me a picture of my mailbox. I confirmed it was mine. She said we delivered to the wrong address. For the 3rd time they took my name and phone number and never called back. I am here now agian waiting for Michelle to get back from lunch to tell me what they have found out. I will stick with UPS in the future.
These people do not know what they are doing... horrible horrible service
A post office delivery man just came to our apartment building and was very rude because I wasn't wearing a face mask I am an asthmatic and have breathing problems I stated such to him and he said well don't get near me I don't want to get it again thank you very much very rudely. I don't appreciate the post office workers doing this and hope he gets reprimanded
AWFUL customer service. If I could give a 0 star review I would. The only reason I even went here is because it’s very close to my house. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location than come back to this place. Not only are they rude, but they give you attitude if you ask them a question. If you don’t want to do your job then here’s an idea GET A DIFFERENT ONE where you don’t have to interact with others. They are even ruder to people that do not speak very good english. Have not met one nice employee at this post office. The fact that there are reviews from 2 years ago saying the same thing goes to show that they don’t care about treating others with respect. Shame on these employees and this overall location.
I hate going here. The TWO times I've used this office I was treating extremely poorly for absolutely no reason. Don't dare ask any simple reasonable questions. Very, VERY rude.
