Terrible service in store and delivery drivers have to be the worst in the nation. Wait time in store with no other customers inside is at least 15-20 minutes. Driver will put your mail in any box or simply say it was not deliverable so you have to go pick it up. Just today sitting here waiting on a package and get an email saying it couldn't be delivered. Not sure why, it's a phone case and could've easily been put in the box with the mail. Even then I was sitting here on the couch. Got the mail no package. It's hard to get good help these days I guess!?

We've tried asking to have our mailed delivered to our mailbox but it still hasn't happened. The customer service is horrific. No one answers the phone and if you let it ring long enough they just hang up on you. We just want our mail at our mailbox. Can this not happen? Is it really that difficult?!

I have not received any mails for a whole week. And stated my package was delivered on my front porch. I was home all day no delivery was done for my package.

They dont do their jobs and give you a number to call their supervisor who never answer worse experience I've ever had . Must be nice getting paid to do nothing.

The guy that works in the post office is very rude ! Been in several times to mail somethings and he always has an attitude!
