I had to mail 170 mailers and the ladies entered/printed all the shipping labels. It took and 1.5 hours and they didn't complain. Thank you for your patience!!

Went in today and this was the second time I have HADto use this location. The front clerk was very rude. She threw my big package to the side and told me she would get to it later and wouldn’t give me the time needed to even get a tracking for my package so I am having to hope it gets where it is supposed to without me getting charged. It was a time sensitive package and if it don’t get to its destination in time I have a fee. Then with my other to envelopes of pictures I asked her if she had a stamp that said do not bend. She told me if I wanted it not to be bent I needed to write it myself. Then she refused to give me a pen to write it. Instead I had to wait on my way to work might I add for another customer to get done using a pen to use. The front clerk I didn’t catch her name but she has longer grey hair and wears glove type things on her hands that have finger tips missing. I won’t be back here. I’m not sure how she still has a job.

Awful post office. The woman at the counter was not helpful and dismissive. She was also rude and I wish I would have thought to take down her name. I will stick with the Sevierville location from now on.

I normally do not have a complaint, but I had two packages delivered today that were left on the ground, that were handed off from UPS. This has happened before, normally my mail carrier delivers to my front porch. Maybe I will apply for a job at Kodak post office since I am a Veteran and get better results, at least the mail and packages would be delivered properly, Also mail has been delivered and has to be hand delivered to my neighbors. This is getting out of hand.

Guys I just wanted to tell you that SHADY GROW UTILITY DISTRICT saying that is your fault that people around here ain’t getting there water bills.nI highly doubt it that’s your fault but you guys could address it to them.nnThank you
