I've lived here for 40 years moved next door about 5 years ago and for the past 5 years I've had packages delivered next door to my sons home never had a problem getting anything about 3 weeks ago I stopped getting any mail it was all getting returned went and talked to them there no help at all. I was home all day today working from home due to the snow and got a sorry we missed you letter in the box I watched her pull up and just drive off no attempt at all. I sure wish we still had Ms. Schrader she was the best ever

We constantly get other people's mail and packages just because it has the same street number as we do. I literally cannot count the amount of times that I have had to go to my neighbors house and give her the packages that were left on our door and vice versa. GET IT TOGETHER USPS!

This is WORST post I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They ALWAY claim they have attempted delivery causing me to have to pick my package up... Meanwhile someone is at the house the whole time. Not to mention I constantly get another persons mail with a similar address. This is very frustrating. I've told them about the issues I have, yet NOTHING has changed. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil

Driver refused to deliver my package to house. Left a letter saying my house was a mile away from the road (which it isn’t) and left a letter in the mailbox saying that she wouldn’t deliver it to my house and if I wanted it I would have to come to the post office to get it. The amount of time it took her to write that would have been the same amount of time it would have taken to get to my house and back on the road. I’ve never had issues getting packages to my house before and found this very unprofessional and rude. I work two jobs and don’t have time to go to post offices to get packages that I spend money on. Her job as a postal carrier is to get packages to people which she failed to do.

Absolutely over this place. This is the 3rd time they either lost it or sent it back to sender. This place is horrible and I've lived here my whole life!!! It deserves 0 stars. Now I see why so many people only give it 1 star.
