Great customer service, a woman at the front desk saw I had my hands full with my two children. She offered to take my package if I didn't need a receipt, and assured me she would scan it in. On our way out ahe handed me two lollipops for my little ones, Thank you.
Always very helpful and nice. They're always busy, but they certainly make the best effort to get people in and out of the store.
Halls (Knoxville TN) post office can’t deliver packages (won’t). When you talk to the supervisor he doesn’t call you back. UPS and FedEx have no problems going down my gravel driveway but USPS can’t. We’ve had an 18 wheeler drive down the drive way to deliver our furniture but the post office can’t. We’ve had a septic tank service drive down our driveway but the post office can’t - or should I say won’t. Worse service! I actually ask to not use USPS when I order online.....
The staff is always very helpful and courteous. They do a good job getting people in and out quickly.
There's usually only one person working the counter. He's a nice fellow, but count on spending at least 20 minutes here if you need counter service. And that's basic counter service, just purchasing a shipping label, or stamps. There's a reason why the USPS is nearly bankrupt and other private, for profit, shipping services are eating their lunch.
