Have been to this location several times for different services and they are always happy to help with whatever I need and the line moves quickly. I had one experience of a rude remark, but many more kind ones.
Had to be in this part of town and decided to use this post office. Watched as the customer in front of me hand their package to the employee and the employee fling their package to a mail cart. Happy I don't do business with this particular post office.
Got e/mail my pkg was delivered at my front door as requested however no pkg, was there I checked mail box also no pkg. I don't no where she left pkg but it was not delivered to my address!
Started using this location a couple of months ago and have always had a fantastic experience here. Great customer service.
Postman is too lazy to deliver packages to pitch and crams them in mailbox instead. This has happened repeatedly over the three years I have lived at this address.
