They charge shippers for their services, but fail to deliver the mail. Lazy union workers not held accountable because they are Government employees. Amazon should really hold them accountable.
Still the least expensive way to send
Paid 25$ for a package to be redirected here, it was confirmed delivered. I came by to pick it up and it had already been delivered to the address I paid for it NOT to be sent to. The lady wandered around for 5 minutes looking for the package before calling her supervisor, who was apparently too busy to help because they never made an appearance. I now have to drive 45 minutes away to pick up the package I paid extra to specifically avoid that drive. Absolutely unhelpful, and would avoid using this post office at all costs.
3rd time I’ve had an item supposedly delivered and the item wasn’t in my mail box as stated. Well today I called 5 times and he kept saying that they haven’t heard back from the driver. That he would call me as soon as he got back and when they figured it out so I could come get it if need be because it was extremely important that I got it today. HE NEVER CALLED AND TOLD ME A THING. I talked to both Cody and Dustin several times. I thought “priority” mail meant something but I guess not. Ridiculous.
We had a really good mail carrier for the last 20 years. When he retired, not so much. A friend sent me a card and with the correct address it was returned to them marked VACANT! I have lived here for over 20 years. Because i am crippled up, I do not go in the yard much. HOW DARE THIS PERSON DO THIS!!!
