This location was much less crowded and much quicker to get in and out of than the PO on Middlebrook Pike
Great Customer service!! The mail clerk was professional and friendly, assisting me with the most affordable and secure way to send back an item. She went out of her way to find a box to fit my package size, and she helped me tape it up. Thanks for the great service!
The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable.
Mailbox at Steeplechase was broken for over a week. Called everyday to get it fixed so that the postman could put our mail in box. Now that its fixed I called and asked where my mail was.. said it would all be delivered next day... well I STILL don't have my mail and I had some important documents that were suppose to be in there. I get a scanned image of all mail suppose to receive an I still dont get half of it.
this place is like a normal postal office my complaint is that they never pick up their phone i tried calling 5 times and they didn’t pick up which is so inconvenient
