Just got a message from informed delivery that my stamps could not be delivered because there was not access. I heard the mail person. My road and driveway is completely clear. There is no water obstruction. Not the first time I’ve had issues with the delivery of my mail. Just sad.

Had a delivery scheduled to arrive today. Mail carrier drove right by my house, and didn't stop. Then got a notice from Kohls , my package was delivered. Now got to spend time trying to get reimbursed by post office or kohls, because carriers can't deliver like they should. Second time USPS has done this now.

Great service and help, plus friendly people who are working there

I think this is a really neat, old and historic building. I love it's expansive interior, all the interesting detail, the great light, the huge windows... BUT my WALLET really appreciates the people who work there- they're all consistently great at getting me the most value for my money with all of my postage needs!! AND NO MATTER WHAT time of day, or time of year, OR if I am in the front reception area or in the back by the parking lot -I'ved always had great customer service. I've always felt like I'm doing business with my extended family, NOT. the big government, big business it really is. Yes, The United States Post Office in Rogersville, TN is in my opinion, a pleasure to do business with, and a blessing to to our community.nThank you Rogersville USPS, Julie Briggs

After getting screwed over by my postal carrier I thought I'd call and complain... A lot of good that did me. All automated and can't even understand what number you hit, it's like a rerun of Seinfeld
