Always a pleasure to do business there.
TERRIBLE customer service. It's all just a scam to give them more money. They told us our package can't be shipped because they didn't like our packaging. So they give us their own and try to force us to pay an upcharge instead of giving us the correct packing to ship our item. They made the mistake and refused fix it. Extremely rude personnel after waiting in line forever. We've had to leave the store twice now to try and repack the item ourselves forcing us to drive back and forth. I won't even be making any money off shipping this item now. Completely unacceptable. This will absolutely be the last time I come to this post office to do any kind of business.
