Customer service used to be great at this Post Office. Lately it's been TERRIBLE. I had a signature delivery show up at 7:45am this morning when I was obviously not available. I went to the location to pick up the package and of course it wasn't back yet. "They've had a busy Monday" was all I was told. To top it off, I have to go back in tomorrow. They can't even be bothered to redeliver tomorrow at a normal time. The weird part about all of this is the same carrier came back FOUR HOURS later to deliver our regular mail. You would think they would have it more together than this. Very disappointing.
I have had the chance to meet chellsey several times at the Brigham city post office! She is always very positive and helpful! She is very knowledgeable and thorough!
Lately, I have gotten several pieces of mail belonging to my neighbors, and they have been getting my mail, too. Further, I did not even get mail today. I know this because I get a daily newspaper, so I should have mail delivery every day. Nothing today.
Sad to say that the customer service I received at this location was some of the WORST customer service I've received thus far in my life.
I just got laid off due to COVID-19. I worked remotely and as such had company equipment which I was required to ship back. I've never shipped a package in my life and was REALLY nervous about it. My husband reassured me that if I just went in and asked questions the postal workers would be happy to walk me through it.
Not so. I was already embarrassed enough that I was laid off and now to admit that I didn't know how to send a package. But instead of reassuring me and calmly walking me through it, the lady made it WAY worse! She never smiled once and acted annoyed that I was asking questions. Listen lady, I don't WANT to be here. I don't WANT to be sending this package because it means I no longer have an income. I HAVE to be here. PLEASE help me!
*SIGH* I had more questions but I just shut my mouth and walked away (without sending my package) because my tender heart couldn't deal with her demeaning answers anymore.
