Can't talk to a person on the phone anymore save yourself time and energy by making sure your packages DO NOT come through usps, EVER. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They suck.
Stopped by hoping to mail several bulky holiday packages only to find out they couldn’t sell us postage. It would’ve been nice if that was included on the google listing or the main post office sign. The man we spoke to however was nice.
Mail is always getting mixed up and I can see the truck pull up and I walk outside and Ill get a notice that no one is home so I have to come in to get my package. You dont know if someone is home if you dont go to the door and when you pretty much roll the stop to shove the maill in the box you already had that one filled out.
Anytime I get a package they never attempt to deliver it. Always put a slip in the box for pickup. There are boxes in front of my mailbox for large packages but they refuse to use them. So I’m forced to find time to make it to the post office by 4:30, and I get off at 4:30...smh
I don't know what has changed in the last six months but I've had so many of my packages delivered to other neighbors who thankfully bring me my mail. Some mail I never receive. It's constantly delivered elsewhere and now I'm getting other people's mail. I've even had mail with my address written perfectly on it returned to sender 3 times. I don't know what's going on but I hope it gets fixed. I want to avoid a PO box but I know that will probably be what I have to do.
