I would give them no stars due to the fact that I’ve signed 2 cards of the mail whom I’m suppose to receive at the address and still getting other peoples mail plus others in my mailbox identity theft is very easy to be done but they don’t care because its not happening to them. Receptionist told me just send it back,I don’t work postal service and my identity of my household could easily be in someone else hands. This is my 3rd time reporting the same problem
I live out near Parks and I put an important letter in my mailbox for pickup. When I got home I went to check my mail and the flag was still up and my letter was not picked up. I know I put it in the mailbox about 6:30 am and got home at 6 PM and I was still there. I thought they were supposed to check a mailbox if the flag was up. Apparently they only stop if there is mail to put in the box. I'm very disappointed with the service I have.
I must say that everytime that I visit this post office(St. Martinville), Miranda greets me and every other customer with a friendly smile. Miranda is the true definition of good customer service, always smiling, very helpful. Keep up the goid work Miranda
Short waiting time. Employees are courteous.
Delivery Drivers are NOT making any attempts and claiming No Access to Delivery Location. This is a complete LIE. Failure to deliver mail is a Federal Offense. What will the Post Office do - Nothing.
