The USPS gets a lot of heat, especially lately, but we know our mail carrier and we have been very happy. Sure, the counter at the post office isn't always fast, especially with covid but we are still happy.
The postal workers are always nice when I come to the window. They always have a good selection of current and new stamps. The postal workers are always courteous and friendly. I like the fact that it is a smaller post office and never too crowded. I will continue to take my mail there.
Worst customer service at the counter I have ever experienced in my life. Had nothing to do with COVID/wait times. Solely laziness, ineptitude, and rudeness from the customer service rep.
My package clearly said on the outside, in red, DO NOT BEND, HANDLE WITH CARE, and what did the driver do? BENT IT, and stuck it right in the mailbox. Uh?? Thanks a lot. Sometimes people get important things through the mail, that we trust the mail carriers to deliver, please do your job and deliver them correctly. This is not the first time something like this has happened.
A huge thank you to Jason, who went above and beyond. I was at thIs location earlier this morning to mail two packages when I got home I realized I had written an incorrect street number on one of the packages. I went back to the location this afternoon crossing my fingers that the package was still there. He was able to locate the package and remedy the error quickly.
