Mandeep is awesome! But unfortunately the rest of the staff are very rude. You ask them how they are doing and you just get a blank stare and no response.

For four years they have been filling my mailbox with other peoples mail. I have tepeatedly filled forms etc that they dont live here . But my christmas cards, my tax forms , my professional license and items from my dead mother sent by my uncle have been returned to sender if delivered at all. My family refuses to send me anything now. I feel anxious when i know items are shipped to me usps. I have paid extra for expedited shipping to avoid using them because its such a nightmare. Call then to complain they never answer the phone , go there and the supervisor is out. This is not from COVID like i said years of this. Half the reason im moving is these idiots

Our mail man left our complexes mail box unlocked and open, so everyone's mail and packages were just available to anyone who wanted it. I called this location literally 10 times to try and get ahold of someone to come close it, they just let it ring everytime. Answer your phones.

It’s in a convinient location and staff have been friendly and helpful to me. However, there is a lady that’s kind of a bully to people who are not familiar with the mailing system. I didn’t like how she treated an older women today who was asking resonable questions about her purchase, in a very respectful way! Just a customer who wanted to make sure she was buying the right label I guess, but the woman assisting her was being sarcastic and mean in my opinion. The customer was even apologizing in a very soft voice telling her that it was her first time doing this. It’s not the first time I listen to her speak in that tone to people, don’t assume that everybody understands how stamps and labels work, be kind!

Have to give kudos to the Milton Post Office. We are so lucky to have such wonderful, kind, professional people working at our neighborhood post office!
