I was informed that the product I ordered had arrived in the parcel locker. I got a key in my mailbox for the parcel locker, but after many tries it did not turn the lock.nSo I left notes in my mailbox several times on this issue, but it wasn't resolved after a week. Eventually I filed a claim through USPS.com.nAnd I waited for a week for the new key to arrives, but nothing.nHowever, I checked yesterday, the parcel locker was opened and my parcel has been gone. So I tracked the shipment through USPS.com today and is marked as refused. What the hell is this??
Had to go pick up a package. Had my mask on and practiced social distancing. Stayed in line and waited to be called for pick up. Pick up was called and the person behind me walks up to counter before I did. I wasn't in a hurry so rather than making a scene I let him go before me. Then I get yelled at by a clerk name Uni for not waiting my turn and yelling at me about social distancing. She took her time to yell at me for being courteous to the person who simply just cut in line. I didn't think it was appropriate for her to yell at people who was following the rules. I hope she does better in the future.
Received my update that my package was delivered and left on my front porch...but when I got home there was nothing. Checked the cameras, mailman never actually came upon the property...at all. Go figure. Now I have the delightful task of following up with the Auburn Post Office...smh
Everyone working was super friendly and helpful. The line moved quickly and it was one of the most pain free trips to a post office for me.
Impossible to contact by phone. I spent 36 minutes on hold waiting for customer service only to be hung up on.nnI was calling to discuss solutions for a piece of mail they failed to deliver because the name listed was my maiden name and not my married name (which is irritating, because they delivered another package a week prior from the same sender which was addressed exactly the same). This is not the first issue I've had with this post office.
