Worst ever delivery service with no help from staff. Mailed a package to Lakewood, WA for Christmas ending up in Seattle, WA (about 25 miles from Lakewood) then went to Alaska. After much time spent tracking on my own the package finally arrived in Lakewood months later.nJust mailed a 1st class Certified letter to IRS which was to arrive in 4 days, the letter sat in a Mississippi facility for 10 days and just moved on to a Tennessee facility. This letter was just going to South Carolina. All mailed from this PO.
A BIG INCONVENIENCE HAVE A SIGN ON YOUR DOOR THAT YOU DONT TAPE PACKAGES BECAUSE ITS NO FAIR FOR ME TO HAVE TO WAIT IN A LINE TWICE FOR A SMALL PACKAGE THAT YOU COULD HAVE TAPED YOU JUST CHOSE NOT TO BUT YOU LET ANOTHER CUSTOMER USE THE TAPE WITHOUT PURCHASING I SAW IT WOW I WILL DEFENITLY USE UPS FROM NOW ON! FYI I HAD A REALLY SMALL BOX IS THIS COMPANY THAT BROKE?
Arrived with 4 prepaid-ready to go packages and when I went to drop off at the counter they told me only three people allowed in at a time. My packages were already on the counter and they made me pick them up and leave. This is only one of many issues I’ve had with this post office. Sandy Plains is a zillion times better.
Worst service ever. The employee Sheila was nasty and mean to everyone. She threatened to not mail your package. No one theatens me or anyone else and gets my business. There are other services (Fed Ex and UPS) and other Post Offices. My complaint will not end here.
While I arrived at 11 o'clock on Monday and waited for 30 minutes, one person worked, talked with one customer, and none of them could proceed, and more than 20 guests stood outside the door and waited. So I just came out. usps in the competition~
