I dropped packages off for delivery to my customers in Florida, California and Texas on a Saturday, at 3:40 PM, and all three packages were out for delivery on the following Monday! Will be using this location as my regular drop-off going forward! Great job guys!!!ud83dude09ud83dudc4dud83cudffd
Last few days our mail, which always comes between 10 am and 2 pm, has notnarrived until after 6 pm.. Problems with staffing? Problems with management? Problems with Washington?nPriority Mail sitting in our box that should be on its way to somewhere else is not going to make its connection..
Terrible service. They do not know where the packages are. The drivers do not know the hours of the pickup center.
Had questions about suspicious package. Could not get to a real person. Frustrating!!!
The staff at this annex have always been great. This review is about the carrier. This is twice now that I have stayed at home to receive a package that required a signature, and the carrier just left a note on the door without ringing the bell. I would have been at the door in 10 seconds if only the doorbell had been rung.
