The employees are so rude when you walk to the counter to interact with them and act like they don’t want to wait on you. I have had a lot of my mail missing from this post office and tried to speak with several supervisors to ask questions about different situations and problems pertaining to me and they are very rude as well. I will be filing a complaint on this post office for some kind of investigation on them because it’s not fair to be treated like this as a customer. I see why they have two stars on there website because people that work there have gotten complacent and they think by them being there for so long that they can’t lose there jobs. If the shoes was on the other foot they wouldn’t want to be treated like this.
I own a small etsy shop and recently i have had 3 customers so far message me about missing pieces in there order! I always drop my orders off in the blue box in the corner and i am certain someone is Tampering w my packages! 3 orders that were dropped off on Jan 20 and going to 3 different locations have arrived at their destination with missing components. How do i even correct this wrong or go about finding out what has happened! VERY FRUSTATING and not my fault!
Of all the city's I've lived on, this is the worst post office, they don't knock on your door to deliver a signature package they just leave a pink slip to pick up your package, and when you go pick it up, don't even let me talk about the employees, theres this young lady who seems to be in a bad mood everyday I believe her name is Torriah, postmaster needs to do something about her, she's giving this place a bad reputation
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.nDropped my package off on January 11 to be shipped out and as of today the package is still not scanned in. SHUT THEM DOWN
