I really don’t want to be ugly because Henry is so nice but it’s just not acceptable to have to stand in line for hours at a post office. I’ve attempted to drop off ready to go packages three times in one week waiting a total of probably 2 hours and still..... here for my fourth time- it’s excruciating. I don’t want him to be fired just please for the love of God put someone else up there with him so dropping off a package isn’t a whole day ordeal!
We came here today and had the pleasure of Henry as our cashier. He was so fantastic, amazing attitude, very helpful. Definitely worth the drive! Thank you Henry!
I really hate that this is my post office,nI’ve never held a PO BOX anywhere where you can’t access it after the actual business part of the building is closed. This is crazy, so if I work 9-5 everyday I have no way of getting my mail after worknBecause they lock the entire building. & they’re completely closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. I thought you’re still supposed to be able to access your mail after business hours. On top of all that, the old guy is so beyond rude it’s not even funny.
The guy doing passports is really rude and doesn’t listen told me I didn’t confirm my appointment but clearly I did another employee verified it. Not to mention my first appointment got canceled. The week before. He agreed to still take me but was making smart remarks and telling the other employee that’s the one that didn’t confirm her appointment like I’m mot standing here and clearly I did. I woke up in a great mood came here and almost cursed this man out. I had to ask him if he was ok because he was just that rude. He said he needed more help. It’s a pandemic people are going through a lot I understand but he needs more training on dealing with public. I will not be using this location again. Ever. Even though it’s closer to my house. By the way his name is Henry
Have had good customer service. Mostly from Henry, who is very helpful. My only complaint is not being able to have access to my P.O. box after regular business hours. Very inconvenient.
