I like that I can see my mail before it comes. I wish it could all be scanned so I could see it first though.
Mrs. Vargas is extremely rude !
First off let me say that my mail is screwed up sometimes but I didn't come here to complain, I came to rave about Ms. Treasure!!! She has been coming to work at this station a little over a year now and absolutely adore this young lady. Very respectful, courteous and effective in trying to resolve any issues you may have with the postal service even if it's out her reach, she will at least attempt to find a solution. I see her at other post offices through out Norfolk and each time the service is awesome no matter what atmosphere she is in! She informed me she may not be at Berkley for much longer but o how I wish she could stay and the community feels the same way. Much respect to you TREASURE the Berkley community appreciates you!!!
Was just the United States Postal Office does all things other pnost offices do when exception this post Office closes at 3 most efficient
I have made numerous complaints. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a return phone call, have yet to receive one. The postman do not know how to deliver mail. Daily I get mail for my neighbors and never my mail. I have had my utility companies contact me because they are claiming my address is not valid. Do you think that this post office cares????
