I just want to take time out to say thank you to Alexander Davis for his excellent quality of service. I appreciate him so much. Mr. Davis went on a 2 week vacation and his substitutes did not amount up to his standards. My mail was stuffed and ripped in my box. Mr.Davis always takes the time to put my mail in the box nicely even when it's stuffed with mail. I truly appreciate him and would like to acknowledge his efforts and I think the post office should as well. Thank you very much
When I went in to set up a PO Box the staff was very friendly. In the two weeks I've had it, using the address THEY provided, I've had multiple packages sent back as addressee unknown. Staff could not provide a solution or even an apology for the inconvenience
This post office rocks honestly. I have to deal with the one on 20th St downtown for work and it is consistently awful ugh. This one over here though is always quick and friendly.
Treasure is the best Manager there. She ALWAYS goes the extra mile to find our packages and mail. ud83dudc4d
Lady was just plain rude for absolutely no reason. Waited in line before closing hours, doors were unlocked to come in and she had an attitude and said they close at 2:30. If that's the case then lock the doors and don't let more people in. Customer service goes a long way and seems like I'm nowhere near the first person to complain about staff.
