I made a simple transaction . Change of address and they found away to mess that up. Sending my mail to another address and never sent me my mail. And they say be be patient. They move slow I’ve been her for at least 15 . Went to one line to see how to fix the problem and the lady don’t know how to fix it so move down and hangout so the man next to me could help you. And he’s been with a customer for about as long as I been in line and he’s been her before me and I’m still waiting and the sales associate feels like he’s moving extra slow . Lord be with me .
Very slow and no one is motivated to help anyone and get them in and out. Always a line and only one person up front as another walks back and forth the whole time not helping.
Disrespectful, lazy and just out right rude! Terrible customer service they need to clean house!!!
Friendly people that are willing to work with you, answer questions, and even give you tips on how to go about things. No issues whenever I go here. Just try to go about things in a friendly manner and I'm sure you'll get the same kind of response and service back. Thank you USPS people! I know what it's like when people aren't hesitant to shoot the messenger. Customer service can be intense. Keep going strong!
There is one woman here very rude and bc I didnt have my label ready made me get to back of a 10 person line out the door...and she added a rude comment. I live around the corner and will never be back! Honestly worst experience at any post office any where in the country
