Left my package infront of our door but its not there. It was a just a small package that they can easily fit in our mailbox or parcel box where it is safe from package pirates. Now I'm wasting my time trying to get a refund/replacement for the mess I did not make.
USPS decided to cancel my package without telling me. When I called them out on it through an investigation, they denied everything, although it’s clearly stated on the USPS tracking information. They closed the case, even though it’s still pending. And people wonder why USPS is nearly non-existent. Get rid of USPS.
1 employee working the counter at 3PM on a Monday. Expect a crazy long wait to get your mail/shipping errands and you won't be disappointed (30+ minutes).
Always helpful and informative! Their staff makes this post office the best one to visit! They create a light comical vignette to deter attention away from a mundane line of quiet solitude... where it would seem longer but they make the time pass, with the vivid cast of a well oiled machine!
First off I want to say the woman who works the counter here is AMAZING! She is the only reason I gave this review 2 stars instead of one. I'm disabled and can't drive but I'm also an online retailer and need to fulfill my orders. Now 5 times in the past month I've shown up hours before close only to be turned away after waiting over an hour, showed up and it's closed at 3pm no explanation, the list goes on.nI'm not sure how much of this has to do with Trumps attack on the USPS but this is just insane, unreliable, unprofessional, and sad.nI try so hard to give them my business yet they turn me away and act like I'm inconveniencing them.nWhen I try to call in advance to make sure they'll actually be open THEY NEVER ANSWER. NOT ONCE EVER.nPlease hire enough people to cover your hours, this is a total nightmare
