Friendly and fast service
Fast ....prompt proffesional service
The lady at the front desk (clerk 11) does not greet you. That's fine, if she knew how to do her job properly and efficiently. She is unprofessional, condescending and has a self-righteous attitude when asked questions. She makes you walk over to get forms multiple times only to find out that she misunderstood your question because doesn't care to listen to you.nShe has explicitly laughed and stated she cannot get fired if you submit complaints about her. I seriously worried she was going to sabotage my mail. She clearly does not care about her job and won't stop me from submitting an official complaint to the USPS. From reading the other reviews here, it looks like this location needs to train their employees on proper customer service considering these are federal employees.
I've been going to this location for about 20 + years. Most of the time my experience has been good and sometimes it's been worse than bad but I like it because I can normally get in and out relatively fast. I've been to a lot of post offices in various parts of this country and this is no worse or better than any other post office. Just closer to my house. I normally go when other people are working so that makes my experience pretty good. Mostly friendly staff but they do work for the government.
The indian woman at the front desk is rude, disrespectful and has no knowledge of her own job. I had questions about a package I had sent and she had no clue about the next steps to do to file a claim. Why does the post office hire this kind of useless people.
