Superb customer service. Very helpful, nice and courteous. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman helping me, but he was patient and kind, even with how busy it was and right here near the holidays. I was so grateful!
I drop packages off here every day & every single time, my tracking shows that the shipment is late. My packages are never scanned in as accepted until a day or 2 later. Slowest post office ever.
After awful experience at the main post office on Brook Road where efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy are non-existent when attempting to process a passport, I came here after making an appointment for the following day and was met by Mr Mcshine who indeed shines at his position. Within 15 minutes my passport was processed after he met me promptly as scheduled. His professionalism and experience made all the difference.
Unbelievable. Ordered checks from my bank, made it all the way to ‘out for delivery’ status in tracking. No update for almost 2 months. Called to resolve the issue, and can’t get a live person on the phone. The automated service tells me the same thing I already know from tracking, month and a half with no update.
