One lady seemed very helpful and pleasant. Sarah was rude. Bad customer service. Attitude. No thank you. Nothing. Get a new job sarah of you dont like yours. 2020 is hard enough we dont need more negatives like you handling packages. I went in here this morning on a lunch break to send needed medicine to a family member, I forgot to write the zip code down, I know dumb mistake but I have so much going on last thing I thought about today SORRY SARAH! SORRY you didnt forget ANYTHING TODAY and I ruffled your feathers at your place of WORK. I asked what's the best way to send the package, all she did was ring me up for whatever she chose. Even after her bad attitude and lack of help, I still thanked her. Silence.this was actually the west boylston street location
GREENDALE post office in Worcester,mass RULES !nIt is the BEST post office I have ever had the pleasure of using.The staff are WICKED NICE,nits easy to find,its easy to access,it has a lot of parking,there is even a drive up mail/drop box.nAnyone who posts negative comments about them/it,nis CLEARLY a MISERABLE human being.nJim Bissell
Good USPS location. Was able to ship my packages without hassle. There was a small mix up with the packages but did not affect delivery.
Good place for buying postal needs & has post office boxes to rent.
