Received an email telling me the package I sent to my aunt a week ago was being held at the post office for pickup. Not sure why; I called the post office this morning and talked to the nicest woman who found the package and assured me it would be delivered today. That is service with a happy ending for everyone! Thank you.
Had an issue tracking down a package due to an amazon locker issue; had a pleasant interaction and he was super helpful, reaching out to the carrier and the delivery location to help me with the next steps.
A very important piece of mail got sent to my old address. I called the number and I got an immediate answer. A lady name Flo was very helpful, and attentive to understanding my issue. Later that afternoon, someone call Charlie called me, said that he went to my old address and got me the mail. Waited for me after closing hours and so that I can get their to receive the mail from him. I am very grateful for their work, and for them to go beyond what their job required. I will remember this as one of my good experiences the Shrewsbury community.
Baffling how many packages have been lost by them
Beware of working here...a lot of backstabbing and political b.s. goes on here. Violent threats from angry overworked dock loading personnel will go unnoticed and get you in trouble if you dare say anything back. Also good luck getting any parcels on time. A disorganized mess!
