I went to pick up a package and was told it was not there. Although the system said the package was there, Courtney said she couldn’t find it. So, she sent me to the main post office downtown to retrieve package. I went and they called Courtney to ask why she did that because they don’t have the package and the system clearly showed that she had it at her store. By the time I tried to drive back up to this post office on Webster Square, they were closed. Have to wait until Monday. I feel like she was just trying to get me out of her store so she could close and not have to help. Horrible experience.
There is horrible customer service.nIf there were negative point, I would definitely give them -999999999 point.nEspecially for the gentleman with glasses.
Why can't I call my local Post Office?? This a non technology problem! I shouldn't need to file a claim that will take a few days to investigate! I just want the mail carrier to come back k TODAY And lock the mutlity box because it is not locked at all!
Horrible customer services. Not willingness to help their customers.
The employee at the counter was friendly and efficient. They have counters with pens if you need to write or stamp things. It is also very clean and neat.
