Great customer service. Expected a wait due to holiday shopping, but they were staffed well so it went quickly.

Extremely angry with this place my grandmother was simply inquiring about how to get a package that Is being withheld from a family member of ours. Instead of telling us how we can resolve the issue The “Manager” threatens to kick her out and call the cops. For what? She’s 77 and no threat to anyone. Completely unprofessional. Uncalled for. They’ve been holding onto the package for months now BS who knows maybe they stole it since they’re so shady

I'm regularly at the post office toward close of business, and I've found the employees to be friendly and patient with me and any questions I run into. I ship with Etsy so I'm here most days, and I'm definitely satisfied with the service I get. Also, off street parking is a nice bonus for being downtown.nnQuick update, still 5 stars easy. Got passports done with my kids (4 and 6) and it was smooth sailing. We appreciate how patient the workers were even after the coloring books got boring!
