I love this post office. I have lived in 6 states and 2 countries and have always avoided visits to the post office because of surly staff and arbitrary nonsense. This PO is quite the opposite.nnOur rural mailbox location is about a block away from the house on an empty road. Can't be made secure, so we only use our PO box. Kathy is like a one man band running the whole show, but always has a smile, recognizes you and knows where your stuff is.nnSure, it's understaffed and can get pretty busy. If I need something at the counter and see 8 cars parked out front, I just drive by and catch it on the flip side.nnWe actually look forward to going to the post office. Thanks Kathy!
I got a call from the post office they left no voicemail or anything, I called the random number not knowing who even called me, a man answered I had said I received a call from the post office, the man on the goes there are 53 people in and was being a complete jack ass. You need to have staff leave voicemails and have staff be friendly with great customer service ask things such as what my name was, try to find out why I would get a call and keep a positive friendly attitude. This is the worst ever.
I shipped many things through this little post office. The lady who seemed to live there, was always so nice to deal with
35 minute wait time to discuss options of getting my mail box key since they are only open a few hours a day and at no time during the weekend. I guess they believe no one works a 9-5 job or more...
Kathy always puts a smile on my face. And Boy I sure do love the candy bowl.
