Received email saying package was delivered. I was suppose to be getting 2 packages. But only received 1 out of 2. I called made a claim. And a lady calls me back leaving a message saying the mail man delivered package to right adress and to call party city again so they can resend item. Really? That is all they can tell me. This was the second time party city had to resend items because first time it went to another house.

Terrible mail carriers. Repeatedly deliver packages to wrong address and never get them. Mark packages as attempted delivery but never did. Won’t deliver packages leave slip to pick up at PO. I pay shipping cost for delivery to my home not to have to go get it cause the carriers are too incompetent to do the job.

Almost every week we have our mail delivered to the wrong address on the same street or the one next to us luckily 90% of the neighbors return them to us but we have had several packages delivered to wrong address we know because we contacted post office and mail carrier’s and the people just kept them post office won’t do anything about it so sad if I didn’t do my job I would be fired or demoted we keep complaining and nothing changes

so I got my package today. it was not in it's packaging, was clearly opened and not only that, you could tell it had fallen onto some type of gravel and then haphazardly thrown into my mailbox.none of two things could have happened...the mail lady who regularly delivers our mail to the wrong address gave it to someone else and they opened it to see if they wanted it or the mail lady somehow messed up the packaging and just tossed it into our box. either way...it was a face mask for my son and now he can't use it because it's a tampered package. I can't guarantee something didn't happen to it.nIf she has been a mail carrier for this long, you would think she could properly deliver our packages. kind of frustrating to have this happen all the time.

The employees are always poliet and courteous. The only issue I had was paying for something online and it not showing on their side of the system. The Postmaster took care of it right away, and called me just as he said he would that same day before he left. Keep up the great work and professionalism. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
