I have travelled all over this country picking up general delivery packages and met some disgruntled postal workers acting completely ridiculously to the customers. I didn't see any bad attitudes or postal post office employees. They were helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities appeared clean and it is easy to follow prompts to get your business done.
I was having trouble getting my packages delivered to my home and the awesome gentleman who picked up the phone MADE SURE that It got delivered to my home this morning. THANK YOU! I wish i had gotten his name to give him a proper shout out!
Nice enough but lack critical thinking skills. Important priority mail package came in with PO Box address 1 number off and the new girl sent it back. It's a small office, seriously? I have had a po box there for 20 years, it is not like my name isn't known
Awful. They refuse to send half of my mail to my Fathers house while I'm on military deployment. When I try to call them on their open hours for customer service. Not once they pick up the phone. Im halfway around the world waiting on the phone for an hour twice in a row.
I could carve a better post office from a potato. And it's getting worse in my opinion
