I had one simple question and it felt like I was asking for the world. Customer service training and phone etiquette is obviously a must for a certain employee. It's ok to be nice every once in awhile.
One rude Customer service representative!nAll of the others that work there are wonderful except one one hope you don't ever get her rude service.
Horrendous customer service. The older blonde lady that works the desk keeps sending packages back if you use the street address and box number in conjunction for commercial deliveries. Numerous packages sent back and scolded for using the address as states in USPS policies online.
You eventually get your mail..maybe
Love this post office; huge parking, friendly staff, not too busy.
